PaymentAll our products are hand made and made to order.
Once an article has been payed, and once the seller has been verified by PayPal- that indeed the exact sum of money, representing the price of the said article,
been payed - work will start in order to manufacture the chosen article.
PayPal is the only way the seller will except payments from buyers.
ShippingConsidering the fact that all of our pieces are hand made please allow a few weeks before the article will get to you.
Once the article is ready, we will ship it to your door, almost anywhere in the world using a fast and secure shipment service. If you live in any Country outside the USA, Europe, Australia, kindly contact us to see if we are in fact able to ship the article to you.
The buyer will have to sign the delivery receipt for the parcel and his/her signature will act as proof of receiving the parcel with our article in it.
Should a parcel sent by the buyer get lost on route, the seller will manufacture an identical piece matching exactly the chosen and payed for piece.
The seller will pay, should it be legally requested, any custom charges at his end prior to shipping. The buyer will be responsible for any custom or any other legal charges at his/her end.
Refunds and ExchangesThe seller will not accept any returned article and there is no policy of cancellations for any reason what so ever.
Should an article arrive broken or faulty, the buyer is requested to advise the seller via our mail followed by a photograph of the damaged article.Should the seller decide it so , the buyer will send the article to the sellers address and the article will be fixed and sent back to the buyer without any further expense on the buyers side.

We will quote the price of the upgrade.
